
Definitely a super delicious snack when you are in remission. Nuts and seeds are not the best choice during a flare up.
These super seed crackers are a fun way to incorporate all the healthy nuts in a delicious snack. You can season the flavour as desired and add in maple syrup or honey for a sweater taste.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/8 cup chia seeds
- 1/8 cup flax seeds
- 1/8 cup hemp seeds
- 1/8 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Oil (olive oil, coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp turmeric/salt/pepper/ginger/cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300°F
1. Blend flaxseed and mix in water and set aside.
2. Mix all the the dried seed ingredients.
3. Add tomato sauce, peanut butter, oil, and flax seeds.
4. Mixed until consistency becomes sticky. Add water if needed.
5. Place parchment paper or non stick mat onto baking pan and spread mixture until it is about 2-4cm thick.
6. Place in oven and cook for 30min in 300°F.
7. Remove and cut sheet into smaller pieces and flip crackers over to bake in the oven for 25mins.
Note: If the crackers are not perfectly formed and start to crumble you can use those pieces in granola with your favourite yogurt.
