So I went on a trip recently. It was four nights and five days with lots of eating out and getting up at ridiculous hours. And I managed just fine :)
When I got home and found myself still awake way past 11pm and waking up around normal time feeling just fine. I realized....this was what I felt like before colitis.
I do feel like I have more energy these days.
Maybe because I am off oral meds.
Maybe because I went travelling (something I thought I couldn't do anymore).
How can I channel these extra energy so they do not go to waste.
How can I stay focused and more fulfilled and purposeful.
How can I remain remain grateful :)
